I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, just a quick 5-minute drive to the Franklin Ranch Ball Fields, which was ideal for our baseball tournament. However, the internet was down during my stay, and I encountered several maintenance issues in my room, which was quite frustrating. While the staff were welcoming and friendly, the overall conditions fell short of expectations.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Franklin Town Center Hotel & Suites, and while the location was super convenient, especially for the Franklin Ranch Ball Fields, my overall experience was mixed. The staff was friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out effortless. However, the condition of my room left much to be desired, and breakfast could have been better. Overall, I might consider staying here again for its location, but I'm hesitant due to the room issues.
